Hello!
The past decade as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer has been a profoundly rewarding journey for me. Collaborating with over 20 organizations of varying sizes, I’ve had the privilege of uncovering invaluable insights into human behavior and organizational change - lessons that far outweigh my 15+ years of software development experience.
Through this experience, I’ve learned that:

People are inherently adaptive. When they see genuine value in change, they embrace it wholeheartedly. However, resistance arises when the benefits are unclear, or when the effort feels high or discomforting.

Agile transitions often start smoothly at the team level, but face resistance when there are efforts to engage leaders in the change process who often feel too comfortable with established processes or perceive Agile as a threat to their positional authority.

A transformative moment occurs when leaders grasp the essence of Agile and recognize its value. Their alignment acts as a catalyst, enabling teams and individuals within their influence to adopt Agile practices seamlessly.
